How to Meditate
Pre- requisites

Meditation can be most easily and receptively be done when the person is preferably:
[A] Wearing light coloured clothes (so avoid black or very dark colo ured clothes.
[B] Light on stomach( before meals, or after taking very light meals like fruit etc)
[C] Without wearing crystals like diamonds or other gems and jewels.

The above is good to be followed however, it is not mandatory.

• Meditation can be done any time in the day.
                                            Lets Meditate

Place yourself on a chair or on the floor (as per your convenience) in a quiet room. Say the following invocation silently or aloud with folded hands.

The invocation

To divine father, divine mother
To grand master choa kok sui
To maha guruji meiling


   To all the holy angels, holy ministers, healing angels healing ministers, archy angels’ beings of love and light We humbly invoke you all for your divine guidance, divine help, divine blessings and divine protection.

   We thank you in full -full faith. So be it! So be it! So be it!
Place your hands on your lap with your palm facing upwards. (Eyes may or may not closed) Now, recall a happy moment, re-experience this happy moment and visualize it, focus on your heart alongside and feel the love and joy, feel the beauty of this experience. You are smiling and you are full of love and light, your heart chakra is blooming and it is bright and full of light……

   Recall another happy moment, feel the happiness, the eternal happiness, enjoy the wonderful feeling and this time slightly focus on your crown, your crown chakra is full of light , you are happy and full of love.


   Now, visualize earth in front of you the size of a small ball, raise your hands at your chest level with your palms facing outward and bless mother earth with love, with light, let mother earth be blessed, bless the earth with peace, good health, financial and material prosperity, with abundance and spirituality. (You can bless mother earth with all the that you want)

   Chant OM….. while chanting OM meditate on the silence within and around you. Concentrate on the interval between the two Om’s. Let the divinity within you shine and spark each and every cell in your body, your entire aura. And let go……….. breathe in fresh and pure energy and exhale any negative or dirty energy within you.

   Breathe out all forms of negative thoughts, negative emotions, stagnant or used up energy from all parts of the body and…..
   Breathe in confidence, motivation, good health, loving and healthy relationships, financial prosperity, and peace of mind in the form of positive energy. And relax………

   While meditating you are in constant contact with your higher soul and the self supreme. You are one with god, you are one with all.

(This is the time when some people can see or feel certain abstract things clairvoyantly, or in other terms intuitively.)

   After the Om chanting, we release the excess energy through blessings. We bless the earth again by raising our hands in the same manner as we did before the chanting.
   Bless mother earth with love, light, power, spirituality, peace and abundance. Bless mother earth with good health, with good will and the will to do good. Blessings be to mother earth. Let mother earth be rejuvenated, let mother earth be healed. Bless your country, your state, your town and your home. Bless your family members, your loved ones and bless your business, your work. Blessings be to all.

So be it!
   Now, concentrate on the base of your spine and your feet, let all the excess energy sweep down through them and you be rooted to mother earth deeply and very strongly.
